Carol currently serves as an EVP, leading Talent for the global team of Edelman DXI. In this capacity, Carol creates and nurtures an innovative and diverse culture for DXI, ensuring that HR is strategically linked to business goals and objectives.
Carol has been with Edelman for over 30 years as a true human resources generalist. She specializes in employee relations, senior counsel, change management, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and recruitment and retention. Carol is qualified to administer, interpret, and facilitate training programs on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI).
Prior to her role with Edelman DXI, Carol managed HR for Edelman, New York, an office with over 800 people. She also previously held the roles of HR lead for Edelman’s LatAm and Canada offices, US Training and Development function, and Immigration unit.
