Louise Jenkins

Louise is the co-head of Edelman DXI in EMEA, a multicultural team of 90+ consultants across seven markets bringing together the data, insight, analytics, research, data science and performance marketing capabilities of Edelman.

Louise joined the firm in 2014, bringing with her a deep expertise in research, insight and analytics that underpins communications and marketing. Driving impact and positive business change for clients is key for Louise. ​​Her specialist skills are based on a passion for understanding people, and she enjoys using insights to make client engagements the smartest they can be. A method-neutral approach provides a solid base for her strategic consulting. She has a strong and well-honed skillset across primary and secondary research methodologies, and really enjoys bringing new and creative methods of using data to solve client challenges.

Prior to her tenure at Edelman DXI, Louise worked for Truth Consulting, a top insight and research consultancy, leading key accounts such as John Lewis and HSBC. Her work spanned retail, FMCG, financial services and technology sectors, and mainly focused on strategy consulting, branding and innovation.

Before Truth, she worked at the consultancy Incite, and she started her career with a foundation in thorough research training at GfK. Louise holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Oxford.
