Thibault Moreau

Equipped with a solid “on the ground” experience of EMEA, US and APAC; Thibault’s role, as EVP DXI Human Intelligence Global and Interim Co-Lead, is focused on delivering the highest quality and innovation standards to some of our key accounts. ​ 

 

As the DXI Head of SEA between 2019 and 2022, Thibault has successfully led the development of our capabilities in the region with multiple industry recognitions from Marketing magazine, such as the Gold Market Research Agency of the Year 2020, Silver Analytics Agency of the Year 2021, Silver Market Research Agency of the Year 2021, Bronze Team Agency of the Year 2021. He also earned a Regional Siver Award from Campaign Asia-Pacific and PR Week for Best Use of Analytics in 2021. Among other pioneering innovations, Thibault has launched the Singapore Banking Trust index with the Association of Banks in Singapore and the Singapore Monetary Authority.  His portfolio of accounts included Heineken, Dulwich College, Frasers Property, Google, Samsung, HP, Xero, Shell, Salesforce and multiple government bodies. ​ 

 

During his four years as Senior Vice President of the New York office, he has helped clients conceive and manage brand image, from the initial definition of their positioning (brand platform, brand architecture, portfolio management, etc.), to the improvement of their digital communication plan (Thought Leadership, customer segmentation, influencer mapping, impact evaluation, social engagement strategy, etc.). Among others, his client portfolio counts successful and renowned brands such as: TJX, Booking Group, Rockefeller Foundation, Genentech, Citi Bank, Louis Vuitton, iHeart Media, Weight Watchers, Shire, Prudential, Regeneron, Getty Images, the University of Arizona and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. 

 

Originally joining the DXI Paris office in early 2011, Thibault has worked across a wide range of market categories in Europe as well, including luxury companies such as Moët & Chandon (LVMH), the Richemont Group; retail companies such as Starbucks and Galeries Lafayette; fast-moving consumer goods industry such as Unilever; tech with Microsoft Xbox and Uphold, and the pharmaceutical industry with Abbott and Abbvie.   ​ 

Before joining DXI, Thibault was a Brand Strategy Consultant in the global consulting firm Interbrand, where amongst others he worked for companies such as Kellogg’s, the Seb Group (Krups, Moulinex, tefal, Lagostina etc.), Essilor, Hays, Vallourec, and Mobinil (Orange Group). 

 

Thibault brings several experiences in advertising agencies such as Young & Rubicam and TBWA\Paris, as well as consumer brands such as Samsung, where he was Product Manager of Brown Goods. Thibault speaks French and English fluently. He studied at the EMLV (Management School) and holds a master’s degree in Marketing Consulting.​
